Where can i find a power OEM 1999 Nissan Altima Black Leather Seat or can i fix it?
Automotive trim shop can repair the seat covering. However you may want to find a good power seat that is not broken or bent in the automotive salvage yard, Wrecking Yard or Junk Yard. Seats get bent in car crashes so pick a car with minor body damage. Good Luck
