Building 1965 Dodge D100 3/4 ton 4x4, is this a good truck for off roading?

A D100 is 2 wheel drive 1/2 ton. A W200 would be a 3/4 ton 4x4 and with transfer case in low range, the 6 cyl will move the truck well off road.
