What order do i put my make up on in?

i use primer, liquid foundation, powder foundation, blush and a powder that evens out your skin tone and take redness away. i've been putting my make up on in the order of primer, liquid foundation, powder that evens out my skin tone, powder foundation and the blush. when should i put the skin tone evening powder on?
