What should I wear on the last day of school?

I have these little black strappy heels that are not too high, bit are high enough to make my legs look good. I was wondering what I should wear on top? I am about 5'7", 135lbs, and have light mahogany hair that goes to about and inch past my should, and I was planning on curling it by rag-rolling it, because I'm not very good with a curling iron. My bangs also slant off to the right if you face me. What should I wear on top? And how should I do my make-up? I like using natural colour eyeshadow with just mascara and no eyeliner, but I also like going all out with eyeliner on the top of my eye and the bottom.
