Tiny baby hairs on cheeks makes foundation look weird?

I have these teenie tiny blonde baby hairs on my cheeks that are usually not noticeable, but lately ive started wearing foundation and every one i have tried have made my baby hairs like, stick out and become noticable and it just looks really bad. Can you please give me tips on how to maybe apply the makeup in a way that they wont stick up? I've tried using my hands, a brush, and I have tried various foundations. Thanks!
