Advise me on foundation pls?

I have blue like shadow or veins around my eye my skin is dry and I think sensitive uneven skin tones around my lips my neck is darker than my skin used nude ivory porcelain and were not natural and orange what color foundation should I use and what type cool or warm if not mistaken nude is warm I think makes me look more dark I don't like looking tanned I want real natural look want look brighter light on mekaup not plaster dark makes me look old and not so attractive purple makes Mr look good with brown eyes and dark brown hair I don't like to look too pink or too yellow his natural I have some wrinkles from driness
