In Arabic, the word jihad translates as a noun meaning "struggle". But do you really know what it means?

I don't know about this whole Jihad thing. I don't hear Muslims talk about Jihad and things like that whatever that means. They go about their own lives just like everyone else. Oh you're talking about those cavemen in Afghanistan and Pakistan, well I just said it, they're cavemen. They don't concern me or Muslims in other countries.
