Is foundation an adornment?

Becoz i dont agree that it is. I think if you have acne you can use it to conceal the acne just to make you look presentable and fresh faced, unless theres nothing too wrong with your skin but you just wear it to make your skin look flawless or different coloured from your original skin colour. I dont think this attracts the opposite sex unless anthing else is worn with it.
