What is the best college to study Art and Design Foundation.?

I would like to go to University to study Art and Design. However I have to do a Foundation course in Art and Design prior to uni. I have been offered places at Kensington and Chelsea college which is one year preparation for Foundation, then follows a one year Foundation subject to successful interview. At Kingston College I have been offered a two year Foundation Course. In the end both are two years prior to Uni. Kingston is more convenient for travel and the course is cheaper. However I like the study environment of Kensington and Chelsea College. Which College is best to attend this year September?
